Impact Sports Clubs - Bookings and Cancellations Policy

  1. Booking Procedures: a. Booking Requests:

    • All bookings for facilities, events, or programs at Impact Sports Clubs must be made through the designated booking system or by contacting the club office during regular business hours.

    • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or according to the terms outlined in specific program details.

    b. Priority Booking:

    • Priority may be given to club members, regular users, and affiliated organizations. Details of priority booking criteria will be communicated in advance.

    c. Booking Confirmation:

    • A confirmation email or receipt will be sent to the person responsible for the booking once payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

  2. Payment: a. Fees and Charges:

    • The applicable fees and charges for each booking will be clearly communicated at the time of inquiry and confirmed upon booking.

    • Fees are subject to change, and any revisions will be communicated in advance.

    b. Payment Deadlines:

    • Full payment is required by the specified deadline to secure the booking. Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking.

  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. Cancellation by the Client:

    • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or formal letter) to the club office.

    • Refunds or credits will be issued according to the following criteria:

      • cancelations before the start of programmes commencing- full refund.

      • cancelations after the start of programmes commencing- No Refund (subject to Impact directors discretion)

    b. Cancellation by Impact Sports Clubs:

    • Impact Sports Clubs reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or other operational reasons.

    • In the event of a cancellation by Impact Sports Clubs, a full refund or alternative booking options will be offered.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Clients may request to reschedule a booking to an alternative date, subject to availability and approval by Impact Sports Clubs.

    • Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing and received by the club office at least 7 days before the original booking date.

  5. No Shows:

    • If a client fails to show up for a booking without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.

  6. Late Arrivals:

    • Impact Sports Clubs offer no refund for late arrivals

  7. Policy Review:

    • This policy will be reviewed periodically, and any updates or changes will be communicated in advance.
