Impact Sports Clubs – Easter Sports Programme Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Impact Sports Clubs.

2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are the parent or legal guardian of a child aged 5–11 years.

3. How to Enter
   To enter the competition participants must:
   • Like the competition post on Facebook
   • Comment on the post with their name

Only one entry per person will be counted.

1. Competition Period
   The competition opens when the post is published and closes at 11:59pm on 31st March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

2. The Prize
   The winner will receive 5 free days on the Impact Easter Sports Programme 2026.

The prize:
• Can be used for one child for a full week, or
• Can be shared between friends, allowing multiple children to attend together.

The prize must be used during the Impact Easter Sports Programme 2026 dates and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another programme or holiday period.

1. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.

2. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted via Facebook comment or direct message within 3 days of the competition closing.
   If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Impact Sports Clubs reserves the right to select another winner.

3. Booking Requirements
   All bookings remain subject to:
   • Completion of booking forms
   • Acceptance of Impact Sports Clubs terms of participation
   • Availability of spaces on selected dates

4. Use of Name
   By entering the competition, participants agree that their first name may be announced on Impact Sports Clubs' social media platforms if they win.

5. Facebook Disclaimer
   This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility related to the competition.

6. General
   Impact Sports Clubs reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary.
