Cricket Club (Years 1–6) Bat, bowl, field, and have fun at our exciting Cricket Club, open to children in Years 1 to 6! Cricket is a fantastic team sport that helps develop hand-eye coordination, teamwork, agility, and strategic thinking in a fun and supportive environment. Each session introduces children to the basics of cricket, including safe batting, bowling, and fielding techniques, as well as simple rules and game play. Activities focus on developing striking skills, throwing and catching, movement, and teamwork through engaging drills, skill-based games, and small-sided matches. With a strong emphasis on fair play, cooperation, and confidence-building, this club is ideal for beginners and more experienced players alike. Whether children are trying cricket for the first time or building on existing skills, Cricket Club offers an energetic and enjoyable experience that encourages participation, improvement, and a love of the game. 🏏
